Whats yer prediction for tonight then? - yous seem to have a wee indian sign over us, i dont think we have ever beaten you in the PL.
Hopefully that will change tonight.

It will be a good game I think - Spurs are playing some good stuff and will give us time on the ball, which will suit Jan Kozak, Gera (if fit) and Kanu (if fit). I was down for the FA Cup replay last season and we should have taken it to extra time at least.

As for the Premiership, you did the double over us in 02/03 (winning 3-1 at The Lane and 3-2 at The Hawthorns) with 2 draws last season in the League and a draw in the FA Cup before your lot won 3-1 in the replay. Obviously this year we won 2-0 at The Hawthorns and need the points desperately - in fact I would go as far as saying if we take 3 points tonight we will be staying up!!!

Martin Jol is still a much talked about legend at The Albion so maybe he can do us a favour by letting us win this week (especially after beating Blues last week).

My prediction: 1-1

oh yeah, i forgot about that season a few years ago.
1-1 would be a crap result for us to be honest, this is one of those must win games for both teams i suppose, so it should be a good game, quite close.
i am going to plump for 2-1 spurs, just.
davids and dawson for us, robinson for yous

robinson for yous

:***: :***:

Giving yourself 2 chances there - you didn't mention whether it would be Paul or Paul :P

Kanu always scores against Spurs - its a shoe in for 1st goalscorer if he plays, especially at 11/1!

Would like to see both clubs doing well this season....West Brom to stay up, and Spurs in the Champions League. But my support s with West Brom!! I'm going for 2-1.

I though for a second I had played in goals for Totinghim in the past there. Keller, not K Heller

I see Spurs winning fairly comfortably. 2-0 with both goals from Keane

The longer time goes on, the more likely it looks that West Brom are going down. They had a chance of a point or three tonight which would really have helped them with Brum and Portsmouth breathing down their neck. Looks like Pompey may escape the way things are going.

Just back from the boozer and so gutted we didn't get the point we thoroughly deserved tonight. Great effort but don't worry Dev - I won't be joining you at the Stadium of Shite next season. I purchased my ticket for Sid James Park in 4 weeks and I look forward to a win there clinching our place in the top flight - Pompey will not get 9 points (no matter how smug Harry was with Dingle Dick's penalty) and Birmingham are more screwed than Brechin.

'mon the Baggies and Lethamsaintee - we'll get a few going down for next season at The Lane.

PS I hate Dingle Keane

Unfortunately not as it is the first day of my block at college. 2 more trips for me this season, Newcastle away on April 22 and Everton away on May 7 should you be interested.
