Yep Ronaldinho has got the award for european footballer of the year today. I pretty much thought that he would get it. It's well deserved.

Lampard came 2nd and Gerrard came 3rd. I actually thought Henry and Adriano would have been higher than that.

Deserved winner. He is clearly just that extra bit better than the rest of the competition. An awesome feat.

My favourite is the second from left.

I also agree thah Henry is better than Gerrard or had a better 2005. I dont think Gerrard has done much special this season, while Henry has been injured a fair bit, maybe thats why he is low. Cannot complain about Lampard 2nd though, he is class. Maybe not as tricky or skillful as Ronaldinho but just as effective and just as influential.
