large 1 bed flat for rent overlooking South Inch (Marshall Place end) . Minimum 1 year let. Have given up trying to sell it. It's top floor so should be dry . Looking for about £390 a month.
Unfurnished, with cooker and fridge freezer in kitchen.

Cheers for that Fair City, I would agree I'm posh but would dispute the scabby and knob bit.
I take it you don't want to rent it then

No joy trying to sell Sheffield?

Nope Harry, a few viewings, it was £10k less than valuation, but no takers. We head off on our Round The World trip in 5 weeks, so better to get it rented than sat empty for the year. It's on with A&S properties in County Place if anyone interested. They said they could get £400 a month for it, so we will soon find out if Andy is right or not

I disagree with Andy. I am an estage agent, working and living in the area and think you will get £350 - £400 no problem. I know the exact location of the flat and have sold some within the block so know that type and style.

Its been in the public domain for a while. I have no issue with letting anyone know. I've helped out numerous WAP forumers with varying aspects of buying, selling, mortgages etc. What job are you in yourself?
