Email below concerning IFA team of the year - if folk let me know their thoughts then will get back to Craig. There is no set criterea, does not need to be the best footballing team, might just be who you thought was the soundest.

IFA Team of the Year

It's time of year has come round once again to start the voting process to
decide the IFA Team of the Year for Season 2005/06.

It's easy to vote - all you have to do is get together with your team (or
just yourself, depending on how democratic or otherwise your team is run)
and decide who, in your opinion has been the IFA Team of the Year.

Once decided, send an email OFFLIST to craig.browning@... (for those
reading this on the board, 'craig.browning' 'at' 'mercer.com') with the
subject line "IFA Team of the Year 2005/06". In the message, you should tell
me the team you are voting for, your name, and the team you represent (don't
assume you know - by my count, there are at least 99 teams represented on
the UK list!).

Voting closes at 11:59pm on the Monday before Worldnet (ie 17 July), and the
winner will be announced later that week.

Cheers

Craig

Seems this was a UK wide vote...............

Winners were Preston North End. Tranmere Rovers were runners up.
