PSJ play Braes Bairns this coming Saturday at home. Took some names on Saturday so the squad so far is;

Dunbar, Burn, Stewart, G, Jinky, Jimmy, Ross, Kev, Al, Geezer, BeeJ, Nuggets, Wonka, Rodge.

Unavailable - Elvis, Nips.

Others please confirm asap. Cheers.

Kick off is 10am at the Cage. Folk should meet no later than 9.15am at the changing rooms. Kev will co-ordinate Perth cats as usual.

Nips is unavailable - claims he is working but I reckon at least one of you must have ended up in a Kiev prison!!

Unavailable - Elvis, Nips, Dunbar.

A big squad for a big game, unfortunately cannae play everyone so some folk might be disappointed at not playing/not playing very long/playing out of position etc. Would say that we have our most regular set of fixtures ever planned in advance with game every weekend up until Christmas so everyone will get plenty of playing time between now and the end of the season.

Any questions give me or Kev a shout!!

Nope, just baw-bags! Woody slammed home a header under pressure from a striker, whereas I contorted by body in twenty-two different directions in a effort to clear a cross in behind me and only succeded to slam it home! That's what happens when you play up front one week and slam the goals in, then end up playing at the back the next week. I blame Al!

A good perfromance from us on Saturday against a good Braes Bairns side. Felt we dug in really well and merited a draw in the end. We started superbly to get the two goal lead but always knew they would come into it. Dug in right till the end and earned the wee bit of luck that we did get in the closing stages.

Cheers to everyone that showed up, was a big sqaud and was pleased that everyone respected the decisions that were taken on the day. PSJ MOM was Geezer, oppostion MOM was Ross.

Thanks also to the Falkirk boys for the game and for providing the ref who thought did well. Return game has been arranged for December 16th I think.

Next up is Georges Giants at home on Sunday. See seperate thread for details.
