On a bucks night, we put the groom in a card board box and dumped him outside a police station with a ticking alarm clock and wrote on the box, this is a bomb.

We thought it was funny, the police and the bomb squad didnt

There's no way you can read your previous post back to yourself and possibly think it actually makes sense. It means nothing and is pointless as a result. Try some punctuation.

I was just answering Saintsam's question. It's for people's own good that they make their posts understandable to everyone else, otherwise what's the point of posting? Saintsam90 might have some perfectly valid points to make but they'll be lost to everyone simply because the time wasn't taken to read it over before hitting submit.

If you think that rule 5 is harsh then you should bring it up in the rules thread so that everyone can consider/discuss it.

i agree with the rule man but you couldve gave the boy a PM instead of dissing the boy in full view of the forum.

Fair point, but David and myself have sort of decided that in situations like this it's better to give explanations in public rather than via PM, as that way everyone can see what's acceptable and everything's handled out in the open. I honestly wasn't trying to offend or be harsh to the guy - I was just answering his question and trying to explain what the issue was.

Still, pretty soon I'll get round to organising the new moderators and then stuff like this can be someone else' problem! :P
