Between Ando and Stanic for me and I thought Peaso did well when he came on.

Will go for Ando though... just!

Apologies for leaving Paul Lawson out. Admin, feel free to add him.

Anderson, mopped up everything that came his way and made some great tackles at the half way line when Clyde tried to catch us on the break.

Stanic's best game of the season as well, he was back to his old self in the second half today beating players for fun.

Sheridan for me, played his heart out today, just sad that we will be losing him, the cat done well only really mistimed one cross but made up by skinning there forward

Would have given it to Stanic had he not completely failed to track his man for Clyde's goal. Therefore has to be Anderson, the most improved player we've had for some time.

Cuthbert, Stanic, Anderson, Sheridan and Mensing were all good. Mensing got forward very well in the first half especially, but can't finish. If he could, he'd be great. I think I'll give it to Sheridan though, great way to sign off his career at McDiarmid Park.

Done, not that he'll be getting any votes.

Ando for me with a nod to Stanic, Sheridan and Cuthbert.

Not getting at Cuthbert, but what exactly did he do, that was other than expected?I can't think of a decent save, his kicking was good, even though he kicked from the deck, when he could have done it from hand, and he was almost caught out twice by rushing out his box for balls that were not his.

Ando gets my vote, just ahead of Sheridan,Sheerin and Savo.

The Bulldog - usual grit and determination and he won headers all game!

Definitely Anderson, played as if he's never missed a game. FWIW I'd like to see OC stick with a 3-5-2 for a while and although I like Mensing, I think Lawrie would be better at right wing back.

I'd like to offer a wee bit of praise to Willie McLaren, played a great ball to Peaso for the winner and could've had a goal to himself late on. Keep it up :D

I'd like to commend Mensing on his grade A rugby union punt into the main stand following our goal as the Clyde keeper hit the ball straight to him!!!

Ando won MOM for me though - very much improved on the Ando we saw last season.

Hopefully this will give him a bit of confidence and start produce performances that made us sign him.

Regarding McLaren, I think it's easy to overlook how big a part he played in that goal. The run was fantastic and something we don't have other players capable of (almost Phizzy Scott-esque) and he quickly realised he didn't have the time to take the ball down and was brave to win the header and place it right on Peaso's left foot.

Like Gaz says, hopefully it boosts his confidence.

Anderson has been ripped from all sides on here, great to see he is being acknowledged when he puts in a good shift

lets hope he can keep it going

I would normally give it to Ando but I think Peaso deserves it as I feel he won the game for us. We never looked like scoring until he came on. He won the free kick that led to the goal then scored himself. He must start against Partick.

Our club Captain had a bad game, however all those who cannot wait to jump on his back and cannot give him credit, usually claim he only dishes out critism, never admitting he makes mistakes, he held up both hands at teh end of teh game to the fans to apologise for a poor game...

Can I ask what folk expect of him, that they feel they should constantly give him a hard time?!!

Like he did down at Queens when he came across to apologise to the fans after his own goal last season.

Couldn't ask for a better club captain at the moment IMO.

I agree Kev, folk are far to quick to critiscise the big fella, having said that he is the type that won't let it bother him, take it on the chin and try double hard next time, nobody seems to have noticed the up turn in results since he came back into the side, and no much credit has been givin to him for setting up the first goal against Clyde.

Talk of dropping him is utter pash, maybe Ando is vastly(understatement) improved but he does not offer a tenth of what Kevin does in terms of presence, organisation and leadership.
