Ando. I know it's becoming the easy option but we were so poor. I did think all three subs did well though and KC was solid.

Nobody deserved it today! Very poor performance.

Every week we are on about our non existant midfield when we are going forward.

When is Owen going to change things around??

Sorry for going of the track a bit but if anyone deserved it today then i would also give it to Anderson aswell.

Don't think that there is anyone who stands out really well, ando done well keeping JV in check.

Tempted to give no vote today as that was poor with no one outstanding but will go for Anderson as he had to cover for Lawrie ,Mensing & McManus.

Sheerin for me. To be fair, everyone was poor but the wizard did reasonably well in an invisible midfield. Next game, we need to start McLaren and move Stanic back to left back. Dyer was ok but Stanic plays too deep when he's in midfield.

Goran for me - only real skill all afternoon.

I'm going to give my Man of the Match to Willie Dyer who gave a mature performance in amongst the dross infront of him. Well done to him for getting across to mop up for Anderson and McManus who were both in no mans land when an Ayr United player was running onto a pass that would have left him one on one with Kevin Cuthbert.

For a youngster with very few games of any sort under his belt this season, he did tremendously well.

The Wizard for me - not his best performance by any stretch of the imagination, but at least he shows a bit of skill, tries to create things and is willing to take the occasional crack at goal. His corners are pretty unimpressive though.

For once i agree with Sam.

Going to give my MoM vote to Dyer because he acquitted himself very well to the game and wasn't helped by Stanic either getting in the way or moving infield and being given nae protection from him either. How Stanic can be voted MoM today i don't know - he was abysmal. Like most!

Willie McLaren is the only other contender.

How can Cuthbert end up with 6 votes when he only really made 1 save. :?

Possibly cos it was one of the rare bits of quality from a Saints player all day - and it kept us in the bloody cup :***:

Agree - plus kick outs to Scotland in first half should have caused more damage - distribution also much improved far better than Halliwell

Was caught between Dyer, Ando & KC.

As has already been stated - to come in cold with virtually no games under your belt and to out perform your elder (so called better professionals) earned the vote for Dyer.

Ando was steady as a rock again - IMHO he had a bit of a stinker against Ross County by his standards - but he coped with Veraille & co with little help from the right side of defence.

Cuthbert pulled off the 1 magnificent save that was required of him which I not sure other keepers of late would have managed.

A good save but pushing it a bit calling it magnificent TS. Agree with mainstand, all of a sudden 6 votes without any write up why.

Some supporters still have it in for him & criticise every mistake but he is still the best goalie we have had for 5 seasons now.

I voted McInnes as I thought he did get the midfield a little further up the park today and in his first game credit where credit is due.

I voted for Cuthbert because for me he was the only one who maintained an adequate degree of competence for 90 mins. In other words the rest were p*** poor. And he made one good save.
