Not too bad if everyone shows up!!
Perth cats meet at 9am at Crieff Road Tescos as Kev says. Others get there in plenty of time for kick off and usual intensive warm up!!
Any others please confirm asap. Cheers.
Not sure I'll make this one. Was hoping to have finished my course by the weekend but the weather hasn't been good enough.
Squad for tomorrow - Al, Capt, Jimmy, Elvis, Rodge, Rocket, Dunbar, Stevie Carr, Jinky, Wonka, Spew, G, Wee Lee, Ross Chips.
14 so looking quite healthy, make sure you show up!! Perth cats meet at 9am at Tesco, any probs give Kev a shout. Others try to get there for 10am or so.
Tough game ahead but no reason why we can't get a result.
Craig from Real Maroon has sent directions to the pitches as well, copied below;
We are playing at the Roseburn pitches, beside Murrayfield. You need to drive in the same road that you use for Murrayfield Ice Rink. Address is:
Riversdale Crescent, EH12 5XN.
From the North (Forth Road Bridge A90): Continue on the A90 towards Edinburgh which will continue as a dual carriageway then eventually reduce to a 40mph zone then into a residential zone before coming to the BARNTON junction (traffic lights). Get in the right hand lane for the lights and turn right following signs (A902). You will then reach the MAYBURY junction (traffic lights - shell garage on left).
Turn left at this junction and you should be on Glasgow Road. Follow this road for about 3 miles, past the zoo. The road becomes St John's Road and then Corstorphine Road. You should see Riversdale Crescent on your right. If you drive past Murrayfield and onto Roseburn Terrace, you've gone too far!
The pitches are on the fields that you should see in front of Murrayfield.

Everything in today's game went downhill the minute the two PSJ stars Davey Rocket and Mikey DUN-B went off injured, the team then went on to loose 3-0 despite the efforts of Rocket going back on and lifting the team spirits. This report has came live from the 2 masters themselves

At least you got an assist for the first goal before you went off Dunbar............
This one finished in a disappointing 3-0 defeat for PSJ. Up against a decent side away from home, thought we played well, especially the second half but seemed to never get a break off the ball or decision from ref. RM took their chances well and that was that.
We need to show a bit more composure on the ball though, we have a tendency to make life difficult for ourselves in terms of passing to each other when a simple square pass would do just to keep possession. If we had done this on Saturday then we might have got something out of it.
Saints in Dingwall next weekend so unlikely to be a game unless Kev or I can come up with something for the Sunday. We should have a game against a Thistle supporters team on the 10th of March, not Sparta Jag though!! Keep an eye on the forum for further info.
Opposition MOM on Saturday was Stevie Carr, PSJ MOM was Jimmy.
PSJ play Arab FC @ home this coming Saturday. Kick off is 10.30am at the Cage, meet at the changing rooms for usual 9.30am or so. Perth cats liaise with Kev as usual.
Please confirm availablity asap. Cheers.

If he is available then he might as well come along. Mark Christie, gives us 13, Juan possibly 14 and Mark Murray would be 15 so that would do us fine. Cheers.

Rocket was unavailable due to unspecified reasons so I made one up - pies!!
This one finished in a disappointing two nil defeat for PSJ in difficult conditions. We never really managed to create that many clear cut chances and were punished at the other end.
Opposition MOM was Pink, PSJ MOM was some cat called Al
Next up for PSJ is Airdrie away this coming Saturday. See seperate thread for details.
