Many dogged, committed performances tonight. Hardie will probably get it again, but I'll go for Andy Lawrie - as dogged and up for it as anyone, and hasn't started recently, so impressive showing from him. Also picked up a lot of the ball that McLaren had lost further up the field...

Hardie just ahead of Ando, Peaso, James and the Cat.
For me Steven Anderson was fantastic at the back so he gets my vote.
Top marks to James and Hardie for playing through the pain as well and Peaso gave his all.
Disappointed with a couple of the other players' contributions though.

cuthbert, simply because he kept us in the game on 2 or 3 occasions. Once again ando was solid, surley that posistion is now his own. Peaso worked his socks off once again, how many times did he pass jason from the other side of the pitch, to be on the recieving end of the ball. And Hardie, what else can you say? He is a legend, Saintee through and through. When James finally leaves his captaincy duties, i sure as hell hope this guy is still at the club to take over!

Martin Hardie is one of the best players I've ever seen play for this club. He has passion, desire, fight and above all, a love for this team and it's supporters. He has been our player of the season by a country mile. I have to give it to him - it's fitting that he scored our winner tonight.
Mentions to Cuthbert who was outstanding, Anderson likewise and Peter MacDonald who is a belter of a player.

Mad Mental Martin Hardie! What a guy!
Peaso did well too before being subbed, and credit to our centre halves for battling on. When we were horrendoius for a wee spell in the second half McInnes got us back into it a bit as well.

Hardie's a decent enough player on his day, but he's no Davester.
Again a copy fron Saturday. Hardie first then Peaso and Ando.
Funny how the players who gave the most effort in the Semi, also gave the most effort in this game. I dont think tiredness is an excuse for the other players - I think its becuase their lazy - aka Mr Scotland.
I love Martin Hardie!!
Hardie. He's my new best friend.

Was finding it hard to pick between Anderson and Hardie, but the punching the badge at the end wins it for Hardie... I know I'm being a mug for thinking that we are the most important thing in the world to him, but it felt great that just one of our players cares enough to act it! Superb!
Ando for me, just ahead of Hardie, James and also Cuthbert. Massive improvement in Ando this season and I am happily eating my words!!!
Anderson and Hardier were immense but Cuthbert for me. At least two vital, top class saves to keep it 0-0. Kept his head up after Saturday's error.

voted for cuthbert. couldnt choose between him hardie and ando but went for him as he would of been aware of the critisicm in the press of his performance on saturday and played brilliantly in the circumstances.
