View Full Version : Queens Park 6's - Saturday 23rd June 2007
We had better start getting a squad together for this. Those that have said they are interested for PSJ so far - Al, Rodge, Nips, Dunbar, Elvis. Those that are unavailable - Capt, Rocket, Spew.
Event takes place on Saturday 23rd June, the football starting at 11am at The National Savings Bank Sports & Social Club, Cowglen. After the football finishes there will be a Football Quiz, presentations and a party until 1am.
PSJ has one team in which will be managed by me, Saints supporters will have one in which will be managed by Fat Gav, who is taking forward getting a squad together Obviously Perth cats can share transport etc with Gav.
Others that can play for PSJ please confirm asap. Cheers.

Wahey :D
Gav looking into getting a minibus apparently - obviously this would be the best solution as would allow everyone to travel together.
Will need to speak to Crime in his role of treasurer but don't see why some club funds could not be used to help out with this if necessary.
If you Perth lot end up getting a train then there is a bus out to Cowglen leaving Central Station (front entrance on Gordon Street) at 9.45am. You would just need to get there from Queen Street then and it would you right out to Cowglen.
Sure Elvis and Gav will get it sorted..........

Plate Semi Final
Nottingham Forest 1 PSJ 0
There was a PSJ player of the tournament vote that was shared between Nips & Al.
As usual quality day/night out. Did well to get to the semi final after two epic penalty shoot outs and were a wee bit unlucky to go out. Forest ended up winning the Plate though and Clyde the trophy and they were the only two teams to beat us on the day.
Highlight of the day has to be Fat Gav taking stuff back to the minibus, putting the stuff in the wrong one and even cleaning it up a wee bit because it was messy!! His minibus was blue, the one he went in was white!!
