Had to go for Weatherston. He's a breath of fresh air...

I voted for Hardie.

Weatherston looked good, won a penalty and roasted McQuilken a few times in the first half, but Hardie's contribution was more influential and won us the point.

Hardie just for that goal! And that celebration!

Weatherston is excellent.

Weatherston shaded it 4 me from Hardie but only just and the fact that he was playing in the 3rd division last term and dispelling the myth that the division cannot produce players capable of making the step up.

Weatherston for me purley for his sensational first half display, where imo he was almost a one man show (within our team). Hardie came out in the second half and was the battler we know and love, and if it was for his sheer grit and determination we would have left there on the back of a 4 maybe 5-1 defeat.

Paul Sheerin - Cool head under Pressure on the penalties we'd have been well fecked if he hadnae done so well!

Have to agree with most folk posting. Really hard to chose between Weatherston and Hardie - but I think Hardie just shades it because of the way he refused to give up and it was his fighting spirit that got us the point.

Going for David Weatherston for giving his all and being the only player showing anything going forward..a refreshing player to watch and with a stronger right back, or an on-form Andy Lawrie will see him get the chance to do more.

Hardie close though, but you can guarantee what your getting from that player every week.

David Weatherston. Caused havoc in the first half, faded a little but already I want him on a longer contract.
