Thought Jacko was great but because of his miss at the end will go for our other standout for me, Gary Irvine. He looks like he'll be a great signing.

Jacko no question. Ran his arse off all game and with a wee bit more luck would have had a hattrick (that shot in the 1st half that bounced awkwardly). Thought Irvine had about his best game for us but seems to be better playing behind a winger in a 4-4-2 than in a 3-5-2.

Jacko forme, had a great game and holds the ball up well. Needs to beef up a bit, be a bit more composed infront of goal and not stay so close to deuchar. With these small improvements I think he could be a jewel. Mon jacko!

Between McInnes (who nearly gets it for coming through the sh*t he has had to put up with & seems to be hitting some form again), Irvine (who is looking better with each game) & the winner Jacko.

Gave it to Irvine,Jacko might have stolen it,but that miss let him down, his work rate and touch on his chest are good, but still not convinced he's a natural scorer.Hope he proves me wrong!!

McInnes. Bossed the midfield for the time he was on the park, played some excellent passes, not least the one for Gary Irvine that led to the goal. He was the difference between the two midfields until he was substituted. Think we struggled a bit after he went off.
Only time will tell whether he raised his game because it was his old club or whether he'll now produce that standard of performance week in, week out. Either way he deserves some recognition after the performance from the stands last week.
Mentions also to Gary Irvine who was excellent, Jackson who was the best striker on the pitch by far scoring goal number one and creating goal number two and also Paul Sheerin who put in some fine tackles. Thought the work he's done on the defensive aspect of his game shone through on Saturday.
