He is one of the best keepers in the Premiership at the moment - especially with the practice he is getting with that defence in front of him :***:

It was a tremendous save, in addition to the one he pulled off from Kavanagh's free-kick, it just didn't look like Wigan's day at all - good good!

It was a superb save - it was funny watching the replay on telly. Seeing Roberts think he was going to score until you see some massive, flying pole clearing the ball.

Reminded me of Cuthbert's double save at the Midden.

Having been standing behind the opposite goal when the save happened, there were 3500 Baggies away to sit down and prepare for the cheering and piss ripping that comes with losing a last minute goal to a rubbish team - only to see the ball go out for a throw. I don't think any fan or player could believe that Kusczak had saved it and the cheer was one of huge relief.

Proper excitement in what was an absolute shocker of a game!
