Today was Martin Luther King Day in the U.S.

On different occasions during the day I've had a chance to hear his "I Have a Dream" speech.

It made me wonder what has happened to oratory.

If you have a moment, go look for that speech and listen to it. It is.............

Smudge 8) (Peace, Martin. Forza, Rosa Parks!)

I remember it well Smudge, was allowed to stay up and watch it on the news and fouind it very moving even though I was only about 10 at the time.

As for oratory, George Galloway may be an idiot for going into 'the house' but just listen to him when he speaks, the way he got the senate into a mess was superb, they didn't know what had hit them and certainly not how to reply!
