Just starting to hit home, and depress me, that Saturday is the first competitive game, home and away, that I am going to miss in over 10 seasons... gutted :cry:
Why is a grown man gutted at missing a game against bloomin Stranraer?!! Any Psychotherapists out there?
On the plus side, there's an 80% chance that there will be blizzards and heavy snow up here towards the weekend. Anyone know any snow-dances etc? What's the best religion to quickly join up to and pray for enough to get the game cancelled? Anyone know how to break into McyD and turn off the under-soil heating? HELLLLLPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!! :?

Good to see so much passion for the club! I wpuld like to think i was quite like that, but while i still have the chance to play football, i think that should take priority at the moment....

Saturdays going to be hard
I myself did not miss a home game between season 82/83 and last season and thus had seen every first team competitive game at McDiarmid (I missed the Norwich friendly in which momo made his debut) Something came up at BB's on the friday and if I went to the first Hamilton home game our team could not play in the national 5's so I agreed to miss it. We won 3-0 and I did not feel as bad as I thought I would.
I also ended up missing the first 2 home games this season, the first when we were at the Rockridge Canyon (http://www.rockridgecanyon.com)and the second when we did a kelvin Jack and our flight home was delayed by 26 hours so I was asleep in the Hilton (Penthouse suite) when we played QOS in August

As a wee note - it costs money to receive texts etc abroad!!!
I know I get the first 20 for free if that helps in any way (especially as you were going on about having spent a fortune recently Saintkev!).
