Has anyone ever had a skin cancer check before?
I had two cut out of my back last night, and have to wait for the biopsy results
I also have 4 more to be frozen off on sat morning
Thank god my god daughter asked me what is that spot on your back, as I had no idea I had them
I had 2 lesions removed from the back of my left hand 10 years ago and 3 removed fae my right upper arm exactly 1 year ago. They were all tested and were fortunately not cancerous.
You can never be too careful, though.
Cases of skin cancer in Scotland have risen 80% in the last 10 years alone...

when I was growing up, I looked like a milk bottle compared to the rest of the kids, as I got older my sin is now a olive colour from the years in the sun.
I have surfed most of my life and always done the slip, slop, slap, wrap thing
Slip on a sun shirt
Slop on some sun screen
Slap on a hat
Wrap on some sunnies
am now hoping my phone doesnt ring until sat morning, as the Doc said he would ring me if there is anything wrong.

I have a fair few moles and a few had changed size and shape so had to get them checked out...
Worrying time, but I was passed okay. Got some really embarrassing photos at home with me standing looking like an Egyptian in a paper thong so that they could do a 'mole-map'.
Sorry to nayone eating their tea as they read this!!

Must be a family thing, but I had a mole removed just under 2 years ago and have a couple of lovely photos of the stitches  Thankfully proved to be another false alarm, but the nurse sitting with me to make sure I stayed in the correct position was absolutely gorgeous

I had a dodgy mole once.
It started in the corner and spread all over.
The garden was a right mess.

Got the results back this morning, it was a cancer that would of spread, but it got caught in time thankfully.
I owe the god daughter a bloody big christmas present this year I reckon :D

Perry,
Just give her a bloody big hug and kiss.
You will be glad to see the back of this year again with the lousy time you have had with your health over the last few years. I reckon you need to move to the cold of Scotland and I will take your place in Sidney (the place before anybody starts  ).

The last time I saw snow I was 7, dont know if I could handle the white stuff anymore more likely the cold freezing confitions that acompanies it.
If loch Lomond could get some waves happening, it would be a big draw card though.
The fishing is unreal down here though, if you ever get down here for a break, its straight out we go outside the sydney heads chasing a marlin or two.
