Hey fellow Jeanfield 208 Tarts, just a wee reminder about our day oot on December 10th. Meeting in the 208 for (ahem) 'a' drink at 11.30am :wink: , then onwards to McD around 12.15pm.

Indeed, the Club received a letter fae a business owner who was at another table in our suite which said "We didn't realise there could be so much fun in a bag from Ann Summers!"

We didn't have any problem - Mr Brown even sporting one of the santa hats in the directors box and turning round to us when we scored our first followed by a chorus of Oh Scotland!
I have also got to say Stuart Duff is a really nice guy! :D

6 weeks and three days........
Anybody fancy doing something other than £5 swap?
Had an idea in the 2ser on Saturday (Shock horror a Sat night session in the 2ser!!) and will speak to you if your all up for it after pricing it on Fri afternoon! :)
Less than four weeks to go ladies. Get yer white stillettos and handbags oot (which probably last saw the light of day in Electric Whispers many moons ago unless you're Hazel, in which case they were oot in force last Saturday night... :***: )
I've managed to get my hands on an ofeeeeeshiiiiaaaalll swear box this time (sponsored by none other than John Lambie :***: ). So dinnae bother washin' yer mouth out wi' soap and water before hand this time. Afterall, it is for charideeeee! (or mibbees a kitty in the 2ser afterwards...) and yes Gert, pre-payment will be permitted, as will cheques with a valid bankers card. 8)
Once again, it's that time of year where the formal observance of our Annual Awards takes place. Looking forward to it already... :***: :***:

Well ladies, surprisingly not hungover today just pretty tired!!
What a day! Chuffed with my award, and our swear box, had such a hoot....
But i must say something......
THERE'S ONLY ONE JOHNNY BLACK! :wink: :***: 8)
Would like to say what a fantastic day it was again, and a big 'thankyou' to awbuddy that contributed to Breast Cancer Care by donating money to our 'Swear Box'.
The air must have turned very blue cos we raised a grand total of £200.25 in the tin itself.
When we left McD we took in the Parlour Derby at The 208 in aid of The 208 Domino Team and The MacMillan Cancer Trust. Unfortunately, there wasn't a big turn-out for the event so if it wasn't for us being there it wouldn't have gone ahead.
However, they raised just under £600 and because we had helped make the night a success The 208 Domino Team decided to donate £150 of their takings for the evening to our Swear Box for Breast Cancer Care, taking our final total to £350.25 so a huge thanks to The 208 Domino Team also! :D
