Afternoon Chaps...just wondering if you have us pencilled in for a game on week on Sat up your gaff ? Going to be struggling for a team as there is an unofficial boycott of the game in the afternoon, but after you have managed to get down to our place 3 times this year, we will be there in some sort of shape and form.
Do you still go to the boozer with rolls and mince ?

By the looks of it DBW we are pencilled in provisionally to play you a week on Sat so hope you can make it! There have been some quality games between the two teams so far this season.
And yes, we do still go to the same boozer for rolls and mince (or mince rolls as we call them up north!). You cannae beat them!!
OK mate...you can let us know the details when you have them. Think theres going to be 2 max out of the team heading to the game in the afternoon, but we'll deffo be back to the boozer where we'll probably remain for the day.

What's the crack with the "boycott"???
All down to Tayside Polis mate. Always had bother with them up your way, but it hit new heights at the cup replay at Dens last week. Folk not admitted, something like 20 folk ejected through the game, a few more arrested. Really really heavy handed, with them adopting intimidatory tactics. And while a 'sizeable' element of our support perhaps warrants it, they went over the score with everyone last week. More of the same is expected at McDiarmid next week, and folk just cannae be bothered with the hassle when there's nothing at stake in the big game.
Its not official as such, but I'd be surprised if there is more than 100 from Airdrie at the big game.

Fair enough - they do seem to have a reputation for targeting certain groups of supporters but letting others go scot-free!!!
Anyway, at least we will get a game on the Saturday - Ormonds will have Soccer Saturday on during the afternoon I would imagine!
Ach they're all just frustrated traffic wardens...

No probs - I am not reffing on the Sunday so it does for me!!!
Have managed to escape extensive work team bonding session for brief period!! Just finished building a robot!! Anyway..........
Two games in 2 days is fine with me and hopefully everyone else. Given one of the games is in Perth and other in Stirling we should have no bother getting squads. Will request official sqauds next week but everyone should make a note in their diary, assuming you all have one of course.
Airdrie have hosted us three times this season so think it is only fair that we host them as well.

Should be ok for saturday's game, but sunday can not as am already playing on sunday.

I will not be playing in this match now. I will be available for the Sunday match however.
