This section will require a moderator to take charge of it. I don't imagine there will be much work (if any) involved but it will allow someone to move/delete/edit threads as and when required.

Any volunteers?

Fair enough, I'll just sort that out for you. Unless anyone else has any objections?!

It's not really a big thing. It's just because the other groups find it easier if they're able to make their own stickies and organise their own posts as they see fit without having to keep asking one of the other mods to do stuff for them.
