Collectors On Saturday

This Saturday v Airdrie, we will be collecting for Drew Rutherford and Down Syndrome (Drew's son Gary suffers with this).

I was wondering if I could get volunteers to stand shaking a bucket with me? I'll provide you with a Down Syndrome t-shirt and a bucket (Wee John, can you provide these again?) All you need to do is be at the ground at 1.30pm and then scamper back to me with the buckets just before kick-off.

A wee army is required to cover all bases, so please help.

How on earth does money get so dirty?!!! My hands were filthy after counting all that...

Final figure from the collection... £543.25

I made a wee mistake when counting, by completely adding the 1ps wrongly and counting a bag twice, so the final figure for the collection is about... £519.65 (I'll let tthe bank confirm it tomorrow).

Therefore I'll round it up and with the other money collected on Drew's night and on-line, we've made £1,220 with an auction still to go on within the Business Club. I'm hoping to arrange a cheque handover on behalf of Saints Fans, so hopefully will get on a pitch at half-time soon...

They didn't do it - but will do soon, so i guess we can send off the money raised from that in a seperate amount - mind i have that £50.
