My self and grant morrison are organising a five-a side competition at bells this summer , see( saints chat) for a bit more details,we hope to be able to attract 30 teams to the competition and would like it if ormond saints could muster enough players for two teams.
squad's size can vary from 5 to 8 so we need between 10 to 16 players to make 2 teams work.
I will be busy with organisation of the tournament and i have asked Eric to take charge of the overall management of the ormond saints team/s, post here as normal if you are intrested , closing date for alpplication forms to be returned is , so we need to get cracking....post here as normal if you are interested........
Dont know if you can call it bad planning on our behalf, or blame St.Johnstone!!!!Any way the super saints will now be playing a pre -season game/s in Northern Ireland and we feel that too many saints fans would want go on the tour ,and our tournament would suffer . So we have had to make the heart wrenching decision to CANCEL it, we however hope to do a smaller tournament in late autumn/winter
