Stephen McGinn is Jack McGinn's Grandson don't you know. There is no way he would dive even though all evidence points to the contrary.

Maybe he fell down in shock that St.Midden had actually ventured into our box.

What evidence , is their more evidence other than that which has proven that MacKay's leg caught him , whether accidental or not? MacKay will now face punishment for his ill-advised tantrum !

Did Mackay's leg really catch him or did he catch Mackay's leg? Any 'evidence' I've seen has been inconclusive.

Only the refs word matters........Mackay was yellow carded for "his tantrum"....So it will be argued that mackay has already been punished.

Unfortunately that card does not take into account Mackay's tantrum after the game. He could easily be charged for bringing the game into disrepute & banned or fined.

I'm very surprised that McInnes allowed him to be interviewed given that he was fuming. Poor management- should've let him cool off.

I think David Mackay's reaction speaks volumes for his innocence.

Watching the television footage suggests the penalty award was on the soft side of very soft.

I think given Cuptie's experience as a footballer he would not have a wee tantrum like that unless he was genuinely innocent.

I dont believe contact was made at all.. not based on the highlights (which are shite btw, 2 angles?!) but Daves reaction alone
