Do you know, every single time we beat united while he was manager(which was an "affa affa loat") he never once said, "St.Johnstone were the better team today"... It was always, "we had our worst game of the season today"... Or "we can't play against the LONG BALL of st johnstone.." The guy was a classless, self-centred wee fudd that was only out for himself and was happy to pocket cash while ripping the heart of United first team...4 points -
Saturday’s win in Dingwall was pleasing from many points of view. The level of performance shown at the Aberdeen game was maintained and that was particularly pleasing as I had emphasised to the players that there was no point in reaching that level against Aberdeen if it couldn’t be repeated against Ross County. So, from the first whistle again, we dictated the game. Some press match reports have said that it was County’s poorest performance of the season but as was the case with the Aberdeen game I don’t think we’ve been given enough credit – it’s what we did that has limited them. Particularly in the first half, we played some good football, passed the ball neatly and our only failing was our final ball into the box. It was good to get a goal off a set play again as it is something we work hard on and we saw the game out with relatively little trouble and Zander needed just one good save from a deflection. The Highlands has proved profitable for the team this season and that pleases me as we always take good numbers up there and the journey home is always better when you’ve won. I’m pleased to advise that we have completed the signing, on a pre-contract, of Keith Watson. Keith’s a defender with good top league experience, is a good age and I’m sure he’ll have a successful time with us. Three tough games remain and we will be doing all in our power to finish the campaign with a flourish. I hope as many of you as possible can take the time to come along to the stadium on Friday evening when the Under 17 team from our Youth Academy take on their counterparts from Manchester United. A similar fixture last season proved highly enjoyable and so I hope you can make it along for the 7pm kick-off.3 points

No need for that sort of abuse really. I was only asking why you think the guy "isn't welcome ". Also when has he said he doesn't want to come to Saints? He is purely showing loyalty to his employer by (rightly ) concentrating on playing for them while they are paying his wages. That kind of attitude is exactly what is welcome at Saints.2 points -
My husband and I were dressed and ready to go out for a lovely evening of dinner and theatre. Having been burgled in the past, we turned on a 'night light' and the answering machine, then put the cat in the backyard. When our taxi arrived, we walked out our front door and our rather fat cat scooted between our legs inside, then ran up the stairs. Because our cat likes to chase our budgie we really didn't want to leave them unchaperoned so my husband ran inside to retrieve her and put her in the back yard again. I didn't want the taxi driver to know our house was going to be empty all evening, so I explained to him that my husband would be out momentarily and he was just bidding goodnight to my mother. A few minutes later he got into the cab all hot and bothered, and said, to my growing horror and amusement, as the cab pulled away. "Sorry it took so long but the stupid bitch was hiding under the bed and i had to poke her arse with a coat hanger to get her to come out! She tried to take off so i grabbed her by the neck and wrapped her in a blanket so she wouldn't scratch me like she did last time. But it worked! I hauled her fat arse down the stairs and threw her into the backyard....she had better not shit in the vegetable garden again."1 point

Ah bless! You'll be like the wee lassie on Open All Mics who gets sent to the token lower league game, who makes everyone jump out their chair with fright by suddenly randomly shrieking that Albion Rovers have equalised against Edinburgh City. You'd have to work hard to stay out of the play-offs in that league, but could take 2 or 3 years to get back up, which might be no bad thing for you in the long run. Unless, of course, a complete meltdown is just over the horizon. Good luck, anyway.1 point -

I would not rule out Jim Mac at Peterhead, he has handled himself very well and done his time as a coach, Maurice Malpas will likely be in the frame for a role of some sort too. That is not to say non explayers are out of the picture either, in some ways this is a good time to come in, after arguably the worst season in our history!1 point -

No problem, but I may not be able to complete a contract in the Wee Jum stylee! Very difficult to predict how thing will go, a major rebuild on the cards, we currently have; no youth coach no head coach/manager no one talking to each other, directors, fans, shareholders a phukin shambles from top to bottom a the very least half the squad will go major off field battles in the board room That said, as an optimist, all this brings major opportunity. A new owner will no doubt look at Ann Budge's Hearts to show how a desperate situation can unite a football club and its stakeholders! Levein did a similar job at Tannadice following our last annus horribilius under Brewster, we had won 4 games in a year.......we were of course fortunate it was a calendar year rather than a season, but CL has us back in the top half giving the cheeks nightmares within a couple of seasons. Not as convinced as most that we are doon fur years. In previous seasons (as you all know!) there were Gretnas and Livis to contend with, that model has gone forever. Hearts and Sevco will not be there, maybe not Hibs either, no disrespect to QOS, Dunfermline, Falkirk, Raith et al, but we should be able to compete favourably quite quickly..... not next season.....but I would anticipate the one after as a reasonable ambition. The rise of Ross County and Inverness also had an inevitability about it, I can see no comparable charge (possible Pars?) coming through the leagues. This is our 2nd season out of the top flight in the best part of 6 decades, fewer than Hearts, Hibs, Motherwell, Dundee, Saints or any of the other yo-yos, (;))our crowds will remain much the same for a while anyways.1 point -

Went to Clyde v Elgin last night. Hurst had a couple of decent saves and punches but got caught out for the third goal. The first pinged about and he had made a good save before it was fired back off him and in. There was no stopping the second one. McLaren was not on too long so hard to tell anything but he has great skill at bringing the ball under control. Clyde are rank, remind me of Hamilton - total non-footballing side that kill the tempo and time waste yet continue to win. No surprise that Mark McLaughlin is there, still leading with his elbows every time he goes for a header. Can see why Dylan Easton was let go, great ability but needs a lot of work on his attitude and team work. Rather brutal for £12.1 point -

Some Arabs I know claiming that going down will be a good thing in the long run What absolute pish. You telling me at the start of the season they were thinking "you know what, getting relegated would be great" No sympathy for them at all. They lorded it over us for long enough, and still seem to think they are a 'bigger', better side than us (who play 'proper' football by the way - em, have you seen their crime count week after week!) Enjoy the Championship ya numpties1 point -

Has turned out to be a very unusual season. Some fantastic wins against the top teams and numerous defeats against the bottom six. Saints not the best team for your prediction accumulaters this season. Regardless of 4th or 5th, we should be proud of our standing in the Top division.1 point -

Not a very fair analysis. He obviously feels no connection to the cup team as he can't contribute to it. I was amazed at some of the Saints players celebrating our cup win when they had not even played.1 point
