Hello St's, long time with no posts. Can you tell me what our new boy Liam Kelly is like? We have heard nothing about Murray in BS3 but it wouldn't be a shock to see him down here.

Just to give you an update on wee Jody. He hasn't started a game for us yet but appears to be very much Del's 'lieutenant' amongst the players. Whatever Del. Doc and Jody are doing, I hope they carry on doing it as we were superb on Tuesday with two new strikers waiting in the wings (Steven Davies for £3/4M and Sam Baldock for £1.8M). A small matter of a Severnside derby tomorrow against those nasty Welsh hoodlums to look forward to which will give us a decent yardstick of where we are atm. I don't know if it's typical Del but our lot look very lean, very fit and are pressing all over the park. It's lovely to watch TBH as he has definitely changed our style over the summer. I don't disagree with that TBH. Some of the phone in callers have been really daft IMO. As an English football supporter and the English national side, I didn't give them a rat in hells chance at Euro 2012 and alot of people shared that view. Where all this supposed 'optimism' came from, gawd knows! I reckon they did well to get out of the group TBH and how we (England) are ranked in the top 8 of the world is beyond me. The young guns mentioned are very good players but no better or worse than the Rooneys, Walcotts and Gerrards of a few years ago. Nothing will change in 2014, England will get knocked out in the 1/4 finals on penalties as usual. To be honest, watching the England v Italy game was both painful and embarrassing, they were just plain better!

Don't forget to grow those necessary extra fingers and have a chip stitched to both shoulders SLF. The dribbling and profuse sweating is essential and you have to try and find an argument to justify why a team in L2 is much, much better than a Championship club. Agreed, that's where we are ATM and I hope Del doesn't take your players but it wouldn't be a shock if he did come sniffing around a couple of them. IF he did and IF we paid a fair fee the you then ok but Del knows what player X is earning which puts you in an awkward position should he try for one or two.

In Del we (BCFC) trust! BTW, we have paid 7 figures before (Thorpe, Akinbiyi, Maynard all well over £1M in fact Maynard was £2.5M I think) but I can't see us doing it again for a while. I don't mean to go all 'Billy big bollox' but because of the finance in English football, I am pretty confident we could offer any player enough to make him want to leave. I am certainly not saying that is right but I woukd imagine we can pay alot more than you can WTGR. I am certainly NOT saying it is right. The fact you are in Europe and we are miles away from that makes it laughable but that's the way it is isn't it? Sorry if we do take any players from you but I can understand why WTGR.
