We were awful in that first half hour - I couldn't believe how we were standing off Celtic and letting them maraud through our rearguard at will - possibly doing Celtic a disservice they were worlds apart from us. Glad we settled down in the second half and there was some tidy inter passing and a bit more dig. We have to be realsitic and take what positives there were and these have been mentioned earlier.

We go in to this with no expectation and so not expecting too much. I don't fear the huge Celtic support because they always cause a din anyway and hopefully if we can hang with them they will get restless and and that might transitition on the pitch. I see pretty much the same team as Saturday but hope we don't risk Drey if he isn't 100% with Hearts on the horizon. I also think young Hendry might get a start. I'd be surprised if we don't have five across the back but who knows. Really important win and great to see the lads come back from that sucker punch (dive for penalty) to grab a deserved win. Defence looked pretty solid and midfield players really dug in. McCann was immense and has the composure top class players display - we done well to get him signed up - if he continues this form we'll do well to keep him after this year. I thought Tanser was a standout also and Spoony is playing his best football for a few years - great composure to place the winner when he must have been tempted to welly it. Concerned about Drey Wright going off - we need all hands on deck. The way the results panned out over the weekend shows how tight this league is and we need to get a couple of players in to help keep our heads above the waterline.

Hold on a minute. We've just let a pretty good midfielder ( Callaghan) go to Dundee- brought to the club by TW along with Swanson. I back TW to the hilt but if we were that threadbare why are we letting cover go?
