R.B.B:- Adz
Brilliant to see the big fella back in action today. The road to the first team is still a long and difficult one, but on today's showing - he'll be back! None of the aggression has been lost, decent long range strike and a couple of well weighted balls into Reynolds were a pleasure. Agree that amazing so see Martin back in action. However your words on his aggression are just weird. He wasnt aggressive in the slightest. He was happy with the workout, but was just all about the fitness. Great to see the big man with a smile on his face though. Dear Santa for Christmas can I please have Morris Moon and Hardie on pitch together at least once amen!!! He nearly had the right winger on the floor in the first 5 minutes. He won all bar one header and was getting properly stuck into his team mates "have you never heard of the f*cking gap" was one of his belters when a certain individual couldn't grasp where to stand! 101 Saint
RBB is correct then, thats tame for Martin Hardie Perhaps, but if you compare it to his struggles of a few years back, it was a very strong comeback. I remember playing the Jody role at Methil and he was dispatching the ball incredibly early in order to avoid contact, no such worries yesterday. O'Rourke
One of 101's campaigns and well worthy of bumping. If ever Martin deserved a show of appreciation it is now.
squiddy
Maybe he should get into refereeing, looks like there will be some vacancy's and he would be quite an imposing character. But seriously, good luck to the big fella, he will be unlikely to pull on a saints jersey again, but hope he can get past this latest injury and offer some club a bit of his magic. Good Bump. O'Rourke
Has anyone heard anything regarding Martin? Just watched his free-kick against Dundee United on the BBC site. I would love to think he'll bag a few more for us....
Dave Ferg
Lovely message from Hards on twitter thanking our fans for (Gordon Mann's initiative) Cards for Hards. 3 years to the day since he shattered his knee. Great he's still playing and scoring! Dr Christmas Jones
