Friday Pre Tourney Gathering - visitors will be arriving in The Horseshoe Bar from about 1pm then we will be heading to the Vale Bar (upstairs) on Dundas Street from 7pm. There is a dartboard there for those inclined. On Saturday the football tournament will begin at 12.15pm and all teams should be Lesser Hampden by 11.45am at the latest. As we have more teams than ever before it is imperative that teams are ready to play when you are required. I have made up the fixtures but there is no point in putting timings beside the games as the groups all have a pitch each so it will be easy to work out when you are on. As a help to the tournament can people volunteer to referee in their groups to make the day run smoothly, thanks. Please inform all your team that absolutely no carry outs are allowed on the day. The Social Club bar is open at 11am and therefore there is no need to bring your own drink. Alcohol is also not allowed outside of the Social Club. For young, and old, there will be face painting at 1pm for a couple of hours. The barbecue will be open at approx 12pm. After the football we will be making the presentations in the Social Club (approx half an hour after the last game of football, the Plate Final) which will be followed by a Football Quiz and then a party from 7.30pm till midnight (bar closes at 11.45pm).
