Strange given that King tried to argue in Court that he could not make the 20p share offer because he was skint. When that didn't work he claimed he had managed to persuade the trustees of one of his family trust funds to underwrite the offer. He still has not made the offer because the Court want to see the money in a UK bank. Guess what! King does not have a UK bank account and says he is having problems setting one up. He says the Court is bullying him!! So he has problems with the Court not trusting him and out of his own mouth banks are not too keen on him. The SFA, however, no problem. HOODLUM65
All very true. He'll be claiming his local branch shut down. It is No surprise he does not have a U.K. bank, he does not want British courts to be able to seize anything he may have, or any likely creditors to pursue what may be due to them. south inch

Abernethy Saint
Ah my bad, it’s OK, Bears Den have considered the matter carefully and it’s nothing to worry about and probably all made up anyway.

If any other club had released a statement like that in direct response to charges from the SFA they would be levied with an additional charge of bringing the game into disrepute. (But then again TRFC have been at it since their conception in 2012) Let's face it, any enquiry (judicial or otherwise) will be a half hearted affair (LNS) and, from now until it starts, all participants will be looking for ways of ensuring minimal damage is inflicted upon the two Ibrox clubs and members of their current and former board members. Oh aye, and meanwhile the SMSM will be working their backsides off with feelgood stories in support of the institution. south inch and garydavidson
ejksjfc
I did hear something about the sexual abuse on the radio this morning but wasn't really paying attention. At the end of the day they are either a newco with no liabilities and therefore no history and records or an oldco with the aforementioned records (dubious as they are) and concomitant responsibilities. Begs the question does Gerrard really know what Sevco's financial state is? Stumbling block according to the intellectuals on the Bears Den was his wage of £60k a week.
