S.F.A. Grant Sevco a U.E.F.A. licence to enable them to compete in Europe, after King convinced them he had funds to back them up.

Brown envelopes?

Probably blue envelopes.  Strange given that King tried to argue in Court that he could not make the 20p share offer because he was skint.  When that didn't work he claimed he had managed to persuade the trustees of one of his family trust funds to underwrite the offer.  He still has not made the offer because the Court want to see the money in a UK bank.  Guess what!  King does not have a UK bank account and says he is having problems setting one up.  He says the Court is bullying him!!

So he has problems with the Court not trusting him and out of his own mouth banks are not too keen on him.  The SFA, however, no problem.

Sheer arrogance and lack of respect for authority.

If any other club had released a statement like that in direct response to charges from the SFA they would be levied with an additional charge of bringing the game into disrepute. (But then again TRFC have been at it since their conception in 2012)

Let's face it, any enquiry (judicial or otherwise) will be a half hearted affair (LNS) and, from now until it starts, all participants will be looking for ways of ensuring minimal damage is inflicted upon the two Ibrox clubs and members of their current and former board members.

Oh aye, and meanwhile the SMSM will be working their backsides off with feelgood stories in support of the institution.

I did hear something about the sexual abuse on the radio this morning but wasn't really paying attention. At the end of the day they are either a newco with no liabilities and therefore no history and  records or an oldco with the aforementioned records (dubious as they are) and concomitant responsibilities.

Skertel agent says move to Ayebroke is dead in the water having trouble financing move, who knew

Seems clear that Gerrard wanted him.  Begs the question does Gerrard really know what Sevco's financial state is?  Stumbling block according to the intellectuals on the Bears Den was his wage of £60k a week.  Does Gerrard not know what his old pals are on per week or did King confuse him with one of his famously long winded statements?

What I can pick out from this (https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/44030906) it seems they didn't really talk about budgets or the current squad!
