Obvious this was about to happen, but they stood back and done sod all. Great at antagonising the fans and telling them to sit down, but totally useless otherwise. Time for the club to re-asses their contract with this crowd. There's bound to be better out there. Yet for the last two years the stewards were heavy handed bampots. Which do you prefer? One ran on and jumped about with the players when we scored and got put back in the stand by a steward. At the 'pitch invasion' two originally went on and one came back before another ran the width of the pitch and got caught by the security as he was a few steps up the main stand. To be fair to the stewards there were about three at each gate holding it shut and a large presence around the lower east stand area. They stunk like feck though. I think Dylan pal, you need to calm down and keep things to yourself. Posting on a public domain whereby police can request your IP address if they think you are causing trouble. As for being banned and CCTV. Your being naive if you think that the stadium has none. There are probably near 100 cameras around the ground with superb focussing ability so the match commander was probably watching you guys like a hawk. Lets focus on the positive. We won. Next round. 2 people properly "invaded" the pitch?!?! Outta nearly 8,000. If Uefa ask questions they will be put at ease. Get behind the team and stop bickering. The fact is the club asked supporters not to set them off as it could risk a fine.
