MySpazz
I'm very tempted to drive. Almost certainly the cheapest option and a wee bit of an adventure! Just to persuade PerthSeany! ----- stop by for tea in London!
Nelly78
Just booked up for me and the old man. Edinburgh - Geneva on Wednesday (bargain at £65 each) then back on Friday from Zurich with British airways via Heathrow, leaving Zurich at 5.10 PM. Not so much of a bargain but decent times for the flights! Born2Bru

PerthSeany
People booking to Basel. Is the train station not miles from the airport??. Which oddly seems to be in France as well.
Ali91
People booking to Basel. Is the train station not miles from the airport??. Which oddly seems to be in France as well. From what I gather there's a bus to the station every ten minutes or so and it's a fifteen minute journey. Grandtully Saint
JustCantBeatThat.com
From what I gather there's a bus to the station every ten minutes or so and it's a fifteen minute journey. Spot on. Bus 50. Get your ticket from the machine outside beside the bus stop, then the train to Luzern takes about an hour. And, yes, the airport is in France. Jenko82
Just found coach from London Victoria to Zurich for £59.50 each way. Mega bus to London for £14 quid. A train journey from Zurich to Lucerne, looking at nearly 30 hours on buses. Not for the faint hearted or for anyone who regularly visits a chiropractor. Inchcolm
Been on Luzern web site to my surprise they played their last game on 18 May and have already started back. Having played and won on Saturday, They will have played three further games before playing us. Looks like they will be well prepared and up to speed by the 17th July. Our players start back on Thursday, we have two games, three days apart to get ready one on the 9th and the other on the 12th (5 days before away leg), then two days after the game, a friendly on Saturday 19th against York City is it just me or this preparation not good enough. One not enough games and secondly games too close together. Players complain when we have two games a week. Yet we will play 5 games in 15 days on the 9th, 12th, 17th, 19th and 24th.
