He reads out the team line ups before the match, reads out the substitutions during the match, plays music, makes birthday announcements at half-time, basically does the job with minimal fuss. Play some music to wind folk up, how many times over the years do teams play the HouseMartins or the Wurzels when we visit? Obviously be a bit more inventive but along those lines.
