Watching Man.C. v SHK ., Sterling kicks the turf when thru on goal and goes to ground . The Ref. awards a penalty.

None of the (extra) officials see anything wrong.

Amazing.

Sterling should have told ref he tripped.

Commentator saying he didn't think the ref could reverse decision which is crap. As long as kick hasn't been taken it can.

Also maybe the kicker should have put it over the bar but then there is too much money involved.

Yes. I did think the commentators opinion was crap.

I've seen ref. assistants drawing attention to incidents and after consulting with the Ref., the Ref. has altered the decision.

What's the assistant behind the goal getting paid for?

Is he supposed to be V.A.R.?

Scone Thistle v Dundee Violet

Sat. 17th November 2018

k.o. 13.45.

Good game with the home side winning 2-0. Thistle started very brightly and took the lead in the 1st half from a left wing cross.

H.T. 1-0.

2nd half Violet were awarded a penalty , for a clumsy challenge.

The keeper made an excellent save ( from Violet's no.4 ) low down to his left , as the ball rebounded to the taker, a combination of a defender and the keeper prevented a score, the keeper emerging with the ball in his hands.

As the ball went into the Violet half no.4 committed a crude foul and got a yellow card for his trouble.

As he had already been booked, the Ref. produced a Red card.

Thistle added to their score when a break down the right (suspicion of offside) and a centre allowed an easy tap in.

Indiscipline seemed to be Violet's downfall, bickering and swearing at each other.

A fine performance by Thistle who deserved their victory and move above Violet in the League.

How many players have sevco had sent off this season? It seems like every other game or even more. Another one tonight. It was like this at the start of Souness's reign (he was sent off in his first game against Hibs) but this has gone on for a third of a season now.

Yeah, proves there is an agenda against them from the refs around the world. Must be supporting Collum.

Today in Scone at 13.30 Scone Thistle take on Arbroath Vics. in a Cup game.

A defensive mix up from a through ball let Vics in to take the lead, with a header over the keeper who had left his line.

Scone recovered from the early set back to take control of the game & equalised.

When Scone took the lead Vics discipline let them down.

One way traffic in the second half , meant Vics rarely got out of their own half.

Highlight of the second half was a free-for-all , when a Scone player was felled and then attacked when on the ground.

Almost all of the players & the Vics Coach joined the stramash.

After what seemed like 5 mins. the fouled player was red carded (for reacting), along with a Vics player who had blood on his face.

The perpetrator (the right back)  escaped punishment and the Ref. could have red carded others who were involved.

Vics lost the plot for the rest of the Match, accruing more yellow cards and conceding late goals.

Final score Scone Th. 5 -   Vics 1

They'll be appealing of course.

It's win at all costs - any cost - results on the park are all that matter to that club.

They don't have to worry about losing any reputation for fair play, or sporting integrity because they lost any semblence of those in the late 1900's such things are alien concepts to them nowadays.

They have no respect for opposing clubs they release derogatory remarks about opposing managers, they circle the wagons at any sign of discipline being dispensed by the Governing bodies and incite their fans against the rest of Scottish football by regularly releasing inflammatory statements for which they are never brought to book.

Arguably the club most despised by fans throughout Scotland at a guess.

Just don't get me started about their chairman - whoever he is

(rant over).

and another one. Morelos again... Stunning

For a 2nd Yellow!!

The Ibrox club are slating the ref for getting it wrong. They say the second yellow should have been a straight red which would have afforded them the option to appeal.....

Naw Naw - Just joking. (This time)

Midge performing for Morton in victory over leaders Ross Co. where he had a spat with Kettlewell who refused to release the ball in the dugout.

Kettlewell send to the stand.

Also Fraser (c) sent off for second yellow in injury time for comments made to Mr. Collum.

Didn't see anyone who would improve our squad.

Gardyne for me was motm rather than Buchanan but I wouldn't want him near our team.

Good seeing Chris Millar playing with passion.

ps awful game
