Need to get Tam playing in centre midfield imo.

apparently he is in Turkey with Mr Macpherson drinking Efes and Raki -playing Darts and Pool against the locals -seeming 910 games of Pool so far and not lost a frame - 300 odd sets of darts and never lost a leg - hopefully he has the stamina for Wednesday

I really hope he brings Doyle in, and leaves Joe and Ando in the middle.  Brown has a shot on him, as do Craig and Swanson, so there's always the chance of a goal even if we are getting bossed for possession.  Got a good feeling we'll get something from this game.  Were we to win, there'd be a very real possibility of taking 15 points from the last 5 games, which would trump last year's remarkable finish.

Glad to see our Scott Brown getting a game from the start and will hopefully be given 70-90 mins to prove himself. Rarely plays but even more rarely does he turn in a bad performance for a young man. I would love to see him stake a claim for a new contract and then kick on to gradually replace Millar over the course of next season...

I agree. Hard to believe it's been 2 years since we seen our young  Scott Brown opposing the bad Scott Brown in the past corresponding fixture against Celtic in a 3-3 game prior to our Scottish cup success. He played well that night and I thought he was a nailed on cert for the first team.

Down to 16 senior players, with only 4 of them midfielders. Be interesting to see what youth(s) come up to bolster the bench.

Scott Brown starts with Eoghan McCawl on the bench.

You been on the phone to Tommy. Dought the squad will be announced til hour before kick off.

You been bugging the dressing room again.

Scott Brown starting the game is no real surprise as Tommy says so in the courier yesterday.

It has been reported widely in the media yesterday that Scott Brown and Eoghan McCawl will be brought into the squad to replace Millar, Davidson and Lappin. We don't have any other central midfielders anyway...

Sky sports and the BBC both said so...
