The former implies wrongdoing of some sort, so they should be exiled from the exiles automatically. Own up! The rest chose to be away and should be exiled from the exiles for displaying poor judgment/insanity/abandoning their team. Many, many more can't make games because of disability or poverty. Just as important, perhaps more important than the self-appointed hero exile icons on here.
