The scoring used to be a lot higher, didn't it? There was a season where May was odds on to score, hardly anyone else ever did, we got a lot of clean sheets, the league was dominated by a few teams who always won, and crowds were stable (shite). Seem to remember 9, 10, 11 points being fairly common. I seem to remember Steve giving a shout out a few times to folk who got as close as you.
