DOn't tell me there's another bloody break coming up? Is it just my imagination or has this season been seriously disjointed? We never seem to get more than a few weeks in a row.

Fragmented is the word you're looking for 'S'. A proper pain in the 'arriss'

Just get a few back to backs going and before you know it... another blank weekend.

Scrappy game but just shaded it. Not helped by a referee that decided Cummins and Macca were fair game. Players fought well but defended too deeply at times. Swanson again was a waste - he needs to be rested / dropped until his head is right because just now he's a passenger in the team. Compare that with Liam who fought for everything, scored 2 crackers and should have had a hat-trick.

Still 4th is nice.

I'll take that.. A great 3 points from a performance that never quite reached last weeks highs. We were second to quite a few balls for long periods of the game and in the last 10 minutes we sat deeper than Loch Morar . I was screaming for the final whistle, especially after the lads header in the dying seconds came back off the inside of the post. I am hearing that Mannus may well have got something on it. The joy of seeing it stay out was heightened by the scenes in the Motherwell "Bois" section as they went mental celebrating a goal.. Great double by Liam Craig ( should have had a hat trick though ;-) ) Motherwell will play worse than that and win this season but today was a victory for grit and determination...Finally we move into 4th and now the place is ours to lose. I love my wee team.. Well done Saints..

PS. When did all in wrestling become allowable in Scottish Fitba.  Some strange decisions by the ref once again. It should be no surprise of course as it happens pretty much every week. That said, we MAY have gotten away with one when I though Scobbie hauled one of their boys down in the box. Mind you as wrestling does seem  permissible, phuck em..

COYS.

Apparently the Well goal was accredited to McDonald.

Yet from my position behind the goal it was Scobbie O. G.

The ball being diverted (from it's path across the goal struck the unfortunate Scobbie on the inside of his right heel) and into the net, (changing the direction ) leaving Zander with no chance of keeping it out.

But, heyho shite happens and Scobbie didn't allow it to affect him, making several Important blocks thereafter.

Somebody on Facebook thinks the Motherwell heavy team were getting out of hand so police removed FCU for there safety!!

The lads all just seemed to up and go thought they went upstairs to the upper deck. Certainly didn't appear to be the stewards or police decision as they were left lookin stupid when they all walked away.

There was one young lad who was met by 2 officers outside the ground who immediately cuffed him and carted him off.

I watch intently the behaviour of police & officials towards FCU! In my opinion over the months they have been treated abysmally.. I haven't seen any behaviour which I thought has merited the over the top 'policing'. I would be the first to criticise if it was. I see young guys passionate about their team in what is a tribal game after all, so you would always expect interaction with the opposition,  as long as it doesn't get out of control.. I never see police or officials so zealous when it comes to the old firm when their intervention is required! I will always support youngsters with a passion for our club... they are the future ;-)

p.s as long as they don't tarnish the repution of our braw wee club

Agreed.

Was surprised to see three 14seater vans of cops and a wheen of Stewards at the away end entrance yesterday.

Short of manpower???

My arse.

Better deployment might help.
