Guest ScottMann
Yahooooo...5th time lucky...UEFA have finally got our name right! We indeed live in remarkable times.
Seannachie
The Faroes is the trickiest of these ones to get to I think. Fishing boat from KLB is probably the easiest option Cagerf and MySpazz
TheYellowBox
Shamrock the one to avoid there. All the others potentially not an easy journey.
Ginger Bakers rebel army
Shamrock the one to avoid there. All the others potentially not an easy journey. Dublin would be a great one for the fans and Browner would be delighted as he can take the bus. Vinnie Arkins was a Rovers player of the year. babychunder
Happy with any of those. Liepaja is three hours from Riga by road. Vaasa another 3hr drive if you fly to Tampere. For Faroes it's a overnight stay in Copenhagen. Trakai is an absolutely BRILL place, hope it's there, very easy to get to from London. Really would prefer not to go to Dublin...Guinness makes me shyte ~50m of black TV aerial cable for a week afterwards....
ss75990
Looking at the teams on wiki. The team from the Faroes have never won a qualifier after about 10 attempts
One Stand
Generally, I think we were lucky with first round and shouldn't have problem with any of these teams. Maybe Shamrock... Now concerning round 2 which will be drawn at 14:30, we would like to avoid: Kairat, Jagiellonia, Norrköping, Bnei Yehuda, Ferencvaros... and 50/50 with Brann, Haugesund, and 3 bulgarian teams
Guest ScottMann
Worrying about playing Shamrock Rovers and people say Scottish football hasn't regressed!
St. Paddy
Shamrock rovers would suit me. 15 minutes away! Tidy wee ground, decent support, not many pubs around the ground, but its near the tram into the city. Or you could venture in to tallaght town, Ireland answer to the hilltoon. Born2Bru
Price for Faroes 27-30 June £1398 (two stops)!! Price 22-25 June or first 6-9 July is £257 direct. Does someone know something about the draw beforehand?!
babychunder
June is more expensive for all the Far North destinations at the moment.

Abernethy Saint
In other news, filed under "you couldn't make it up", Celtic probably have to play Linfield (UDA FC) in the CL qualifiers. In Belfast. On the 12th of July....... MySpazz and fergiefootball

Abernethy Saint
Second in Lithuanian league last year, cup finalists a couple of years ago. Emerged from lower leagues in recent years. Very little European pedigree. Ground holds 5,400.

Abernethy Saint
Sevco have drawn a Luxembourg pub team. Also at home the same night, but surely zero chance of UEFA reversing either fixture.

Templar Saint
artificial pitch for the away game. Better sign a forward then as Macca will not be able to play - unless we can have the tie sown up by then!!
