RandomGuy
Rangers spent £700k on a CM and signed three Scottish Internationals in January, we can't compete with that. Use this game to get fitness into Comrie, Willock and Williams, and move on to a more important game this Saturday. Whatever happens tonight happens. bluesaint
We can’t compare the 3-1 win in December with this game, Sevco are a different proposition tonight and recently, Hard to bear but it is what it is.... oh and Chris Sutton can get right tae fxxxk!! tucker
Williams looked lively unlucky with a few chances, muzz never fouled the boy for the free kick, missing midge but wouldn't waste him save him for the Hamilton game

PanamaSaint
Well we need to play with pride. Last thing we need is a HUGE defeat and knock the stuffing out of our confidence.

I'd hate it if the positive feeling from Saturday was wiped out because folk are unwilling to understand we can't compete with teams spending well beyond their means. sixties saintee
Surely we can't play so badly 2nd half.
RandomGuy
Rangers scored with their only shots on target, one a penalty, one a free kick. So they've had one shot on target from open play. We've had the same. "standing back admiring them", indeed.

We’ve been competing successfully with teams with more resources for the last few seasons. Tonight is typical of 90% of performances this season. Second to the ball. Lack of application. Very little craft. Don’t know what Wright has actually sent them out there to do - there appears to be no game plan Cagey
Melbourne Saint
Didn't expect anything from this match tbh. It's all about results vs other "diddy" teams. Hamilton will be tough. I'd take a draw

saintee in exile
Putting Wilock in for Millar and playing Kane up front by himself is basically handing Rangers the game before the whistle is blown
akuram
Agree we can't compete moneywise although we need to try and give 100%. Glad I am sitting here in the warm listening to the radio. I never miss a match at home but due to the weather decided tonight not to go. At least saints supporters will be able to leave early and get out of the car park easier. Hope saints do better in the second half COYS

We've had the better chances, Williams shot was the best of the match. Rangers have been more clinical. Not hard to understand why players confidence gets sapped when they're absolutely demolished over this.
