Are we allowing County the win? I hope not. maybe Dee are doing the same or is it the same old home form shit that has plagued us all season!

It has to change for next season, cos if our home form had matched our away, the top six would have been a doddle!

Come on Tommy, admit you are wrong and sign up Midge, the only player with the balls to actually play football!!

Agree. We were absolute suite til he came on. He is the only Saints player comfortable on the ball & that encouraged the others to stop testing the ball like a hot potatoes.

Think the team thought their summer holidays had started early & after losing the goal they couldn't get rid of malaise.

Changed to back 4 after the break& subbed comrie. Don't know if that was tactical. Comrie injured, not fit or not suited to wingback.

His wages are likely too high too be sustainable with the paltry home gates unfortunately.

I don't think Midges demands would be very high if he got the chance to stay.

I am sure we will pay a lot more to a replacement if we could get one as good as Midge.

Tommy is just a stubborn old fart & will never admit he was wrong.

Probably played better at home this season and got nothing out of the game. Not a great game not helped by the time wasting from County.

Don't agree with the comments that we only started playing when Midge came on. Thought the driving force in the second half was by far Scougal followed by Hendry.

What was the attendance to busy eating feckin pies to take care of your designated assignment  Did Sixties buy you the pie

Glad to draw a line under this season. That game kinda summed up the performances at home this season, not that much entertainment on show.

County were pretty comfortable until they heard the score elsewhere.

We were, however, playing a pretty inexperienced line up and that goes some way to explaining how poor we were in the first half, particularly when defending.

3,279 apparently. And a very big drum. Mrs Abernethy looked up from social media from time to time and expressed disappointment that Tade’s arse was nowhere to be seen. She likes to live in the past. The highlight of the day was being told by a steward just to sit in a reserved seat because “nun a they old uns will turn oop t’deh anyweh (I believe she may not have been from these parts).

Brutal game and we were well off the pace. Subs improved us, especially Hendry. Millar got the ball down and passed like we know he can. Tommy doesn't rate him now though so no point having him here even if we all disagree.

Great goal by Spoony though.

Scougall didn't make a difference, the change in shape did.

Great goal shot from Spooner.  Unlucky with his other effort which forced a great save from keeper.

Draw probably fair, could tell they were up for it. Assaulting us all over the pitch.  Our errors lucky not to be more costly.

Good end of season farewell at end of game for 3 legends.  Best part of the day.

In the end quite a decent transition season, most feared relegation automatically at the turn of the year... so finish 8th, good enough, room for improvements... most notably at home!

I think our pitch is terrible, maybe thats our downfall. Bobbly, uneven bounces...  i dont think watering it right before kick off or at half time does it any favours.  Water it to grow grass, not sure it imoroves 'football' as the ball spends half the time in the air!  Probably a result if a soggy lumpy surface.
