The 3 (?) penalties we were given killed the game as a contest, plus they started the competition shite that season, losing to Stirling I think it was prior to playing us. But no, I don't know a lot about their transfer activity, but would expect they'll give us more of a game than last time. Looks like they've been weakened by Sibbald's move to Livi. Don't know what, if any, of their signings plans are. It will only be tough if Saints don't approach the game in the proper manner, as against any opponents. blueheaven
Not sure if the above is serious or not but personally I'm absolutely sick of being bombarded by adverts for gambling every time I want to watch a game of football.

I could not understand why it took a couple of weeks to issue the fixtures. surely just putting out a list team 1 v team 3 on day x like they are obviously doing would have been the easiest. south inch
Does the Betfred Cup permit a 4th substitute if the game goes to the extra time period? Football was a lot less complicated when I first started watching, in those days a player could play on with a broken leg once the trainer had half drowned him with a wet sponge. Abernethy Saint
Hearts have suddenly found a team, including some gigantic monstery mystery bloke, and are slaughtering ICT. Natch, we will now draw them away in the next round. Edited July 29, 2018 by Abernethy Saint

Yeah, when I saw their signings along with 3 goalies I thought they were just bringing a few random signings in the hope of getting a couple of gems. Time will tell though. Maybe today was one of these days when everything came off. Macca played well & looks like he has his mojo back.
Abernethy Saint
Last out of the draw. QOS away. Could have been a lot, lot worse.
Guest ScottMann
Could indeed have been worse but still not easy. Bad memories of our last cup game there.
Havana Saint
Tough draw, but with a big away backing and the right approach, I would be confident of us to go through.
Cagey
Not a great draw. Away from home against a team that can score for fun but can also lose a few. No money in this tie so hopefully we can progress.
sleepless
I might just get to this one. QoS away is one of my favourites (apart from 2015 obviously).
RandomGuy
Motherwell murdered them in the groups, and their fans seem to suggest their team is completely reliant on Harkins and Dobbie. We should be winning that without any huge amount of bother.
