Looking for your football fix or want to get over last weekends result?

Well Perths other senior team are in action this weekend when Broxburn Athletic visit Riverside Stadium in the South Challenge Cup.

Both teams are in EOS Conference C this season with the Brox in 1st place 2 points ahead of second placed Swifts.

The teams have met already this season with Broxburn giving Swifts their only defeat so far with a 2-0 win at the Riverside in the Alex Jack Cup 5 weeks ago.

This is bound to be a close encounter and Swifts head in to the game looking for revenge off the back of 3 straight wins including an emphatic 5-1 win over Camelon on Saturday.

This game will be refereed by ex SPFL referee Craig Charleston who will be abily assisted by the mother and daughter combination of Kelly Kyle and Abbie Hendry.

Kick off at the Riverside is at 2.30pm.

Broxburn normally bring a large support so why not get down and get behind the Swifts as they look to progress to the 3rd round.

Jeanfield 4 Broxburn 2 after extra time

A great advert for non league football at Riverside today as Swifts inflicted a first defeat of the season on league rivals Broxburn.

2 all after 90 in which the visitors levelled in the dying minutes but 2 goals in second period of extra time saw the home side through.

After a poor opening the period the game opened up in the second half with both teams getting the ball down and attacking each other with Swifts leading twice before the visitors came back level
