In a recent BBC survey/poll of the 42 senior clubs on "Strict Liability" only 3 clubs wanted it, those being Q-of-S., Annan & Partick.

14 clubs said they would vote against, including Saints.

17 clubs said they were unwilling to comment.

8 clubs failed to respond , among those were Celtic , Hearts & Rangers.

I would have thought stjohnstone would vote for.

they played god and done a  ‘strict liability ‘ with the young lads of the FCU.even though they never caused any bother inside mcdairmid.lost a whole generation of fans they did.

just goes to show .

bottling it from the rangers / Celtic as always.

What are you claiming the club did?  It reads as if the club banished all of them for the actions of a few which was not the case.

I have. The club banned four individuals for their unacceptable behaviour at an away fixture. The rest of fcu then decided to disband and not back the team. No strict liability occuring.

Are you suggesting the home team that day should have dealt with it?

Malky McKay as temp boss just when you thought it couldnt get any worse.

That was predictable & just shows how utterly useless this bunch are. He has been in charge of Project Brave for ages & things have got worse.

Did they appoint him because he was in the building ?.

7.5 k fine for auld squirm Spfl had the chance to hammer them both and make a statement of intent, like Eufa both full o shite.

I think the SFA only needed the £15,000 to fix some plumbing at Hampden or for a summer staff night out.
