Don't think thats as desperate, to me anyway. We create chances but never capitalise on them, and the whole team gets bogged down as they know we won't win the game if we concede, as we so many.

We just need a striker to score the easy chance, who that May be, I don't know.

Crying out for a creative midfielder, Liam Craig has been decent but shouldn’t be our first choice, originally brought back as a squad player and we are now looking to him to be our playmaker, too slow and the chip to nobody in injury time sums it up. Agree crying out for a striker and another defender, even think foster is lacking a bit and hopefully the boy Duffy starts to push him for start and obviously Liam Gordon to replace ando.

That we can get excited about May coming back to the club says it all.

Any time I've watched him he has been gash. Its fuelled by nostalgia and nothing more

Absolute pish!!

He has had a tough couple of years but he is streets ahead of what we have at the moment or what we could afford if not for the “Saints connection”.

If you honestly think there are many(any) strikers who can score goals at this level queuing up for £1800 a week  then you’re deluded.

We should be grateful that we are even in the running to bring someone as capable as Stevie May to our club.

What happened to the big money offered to Joe and the money offered to Easton.

If Brown came out and said the budget is blown because of offers we have on the table then fair enough we have to time limit them and work through it and then recruit other targets.

The messages from Brown are poor and uninspiring that's one of the reasons the support is dwindling.

The Current chairman may be good at some things but he is a PR disaster and that is hurting the foot fall through the turnstiles.

By the sounds of things, by the time the window shuts in 40 days, you'll know where that moneys been directed..

You need to look at how and where Derek McInnes was playing him.

May created a load of goals for Aberdeen .

Play him in the correct forward position as a main striker with Wright; Kennedy and MOH providing decent service then he will score the goals.

Young Hendry will also benefit if played up front with May.

13 assists for Aberdeen.

Surely Macinnes knew how to play Stevie May? Hes defo better than what we've got but that's not saying much is it?!

He did not when he was Saints manager and according to some mates who are Aberdeen supporters same applies there.

They have been impressed by his work rate and how he creates space - not just assists for his team mates.

As replacement for Watt then Stevie does not have many goals to score to surpass what Watt done last year.
