541ntees
Not strictly Saints news, but May is reportedly "very keen" on joining Aberdeen and there's only a £50k difference in their offer, and Prestons value. Expect that it'll be sorted out in the next two weeks. did stevie not say that he couldnt sign for another scottish side?

With PNE manager Grayson going to Sunderland would expect there to be no movement for/by Mr May until the new manager is appointed and give his view or assesses his playing staff. My view is totally the opposite. With the Manager "jumping ship" would expect Stevie to follow suit.
Wee Mental Davie
If anything Preston no longer have a manager who admires Stevie's capabilities. So he's more inclined to be binned in some way shape or form. There are only a couple of teams he's most inclined to move to, and we're not one of them. It's between a lower Championship, a decent League 1 club, and Aberdeen.

Havana Saint
Dear Mr Brown, For three years now we have needed a striker. Please can we have one? GMac and Denzil
akuram
We so need someone who can finish. A Stevie May type last night would have made such a difference.
Stumpy1949
Akuram so does every other team in the league apart from Celtic.

SlickDT
We really do need a striker this year- I think it's vital if we are to have a chance of top six once again. I've a good feeling this could be a very good season for Kane, but with MacLean another year older and Cummins quite simply being Cummins, we need some fresh blood to add to the goals tally. Whilst not a striker MOH would no doubt add goals that I think we will really need.
Guest ScottMann
This drip feeding of Stevie May stuff is a pain in the arse. He isn't coming to Saints so it's got sod all to do with Player Contracts and Transfers. There is a Stevie May thread though, so, and I know this could be considered a bit radical, but how about putting the wrist slashing stuff about him in there. RandomGuy
This quoting issue on the mobile site annoys me.. Anyway, Michael Coulson is on trial with Dunfermline

Cagey
Looks like Callum Hendry has signed a contract. Won 3 headers against reserve centre half but didn't see too much in the 10 mins to think we have a jewel. Looks like another(we have to get a striker)signing. Hope I am wrong. Cagey
Connor Sammon apparently available. Seems like a Tommy type of signing. Edited July 3, 2017 by Cagey Predictive code.

Havana Saint
He doesn't score enough. He's not great but I would say potentially a better option than some of our current staff.
PauloPerth
I had that worry when I saw he was available.. he's available for free and wants to stay in Scotland, whilst we really need a striker. I really hope not. We need a far more mobile striker, that can score goals. I'd probably prefer we gave Hurst more of a chance than went for someone like Sammon. 541ntees
babychunder
He's no really much of an upgrade on Cummins, who has been gash in front of goal in every game I saw last season.
