RandomGuy
Next five league games, against the other bottom half sides. This run could potentially push us safe if we could pick up maximum points. 24 points from the next 23 games should see us safe, if we pick up 12 from these 5, we'll just need 12 points from 18 games. Massive.

RandomGuy
Hearts announce Daniel Stendel as their new manager, will take charge of training on Tuesday, with the home game against St Johnstone his first in charge. He left Barnsley earlier this season after a 10 game winless run.

Barnsley fans seem to love him, got them promoted from League One last season, scoring 80 goals in the league and going unbeaten at home. Havana Saint
It highlights exactly where we don't want to be. Busy worrying about today's results and new managers elsewhere. St Mirren at home is the BIG one. A lot can happen, however avoiding defeat v St Mirren and Hamilton is imperative. Wendy Saints
Wendy Saints
You can’t deny supporting Saints is never dull, you never know what side is going to turn up. However Havana Saint is right, avoiding defeat against Hamilton & St Mirren is vital. We certainly need to rack up some points before the break. Points in general... RandomGuy
Hamilton - 12pts Hearts (H), St Johnstone (H), Motherwell (A) Hearts - 12pts Celtic (H), Hamilton (A), Hibernian (H), Aberdeen (H) St Johnstone - 15pts St Mirren (H), Hamilton (A), Ross County (H) St Mirren - 15pts St Johnstone (A), Celtic (H), Kilmarnock (H) Livingston - 19pts Ross County (H), Aberdeen (A), Hibernian (H) Ross County - 20pts Livingston (A), Motherwell (H), St Johnstone (A) Thats every teams remaining fixtures before the winter break. Dream scenario? We beat St Mirren, Hamilton/Hearts draw. We then beat Hamilton and County, while bottom two lose their remaining games. Would have us 11 clear of the bottom two going into the January window, only 11 points off the usual "safe points tally" of 36, with 19 games to play. Abernethy Saint
We’ll finish 8th, a good distance from top 6 or bottom 2, exactly where we “should be”, given most “big” teams are back in the SPFFPPL.

Even if we could get 6/7, it might drag us well away from Hamilton if we beat them and they lose all their games. garydavidson
It looks as though the fixtures may have swung our way, we missed a game v Celtic and Rangers but are off the bottom with these two in hand. At this moment in time it doesn't matter if we lose them when they come around. Johnny B and Radford 72
Rob
Even though everyone is probably expecting us to lose against the old firm we dont want to be getting hammered by these two. Demoralising for the team plus we need that goal difference down.
RandomGuy
Theres a chance we could be playing them as game 32/33, dont think theres a free week to play them before the split due to them being in Europe. Even a chance we dont play them until we're actually into the split.

Yeah,if they get past Brada & into semi of cup ,which are both achievable then I don't think there is a free date until after the split. That will be the reason a date has not been set yet. More likely to take their eye off the ball or chuck a poor game in if they get a Champions League run and all this quadruple treble chat.
