  1. Would you mind setting out which provincial club of our size in the Premiership you'd like our chairman to emulate? Are our two-year deals for regulars cheaper than Ross County's one-year offerings? Are our signings of Sutton and Craig less ambitious than those big-name ICT signings? Have Motherwell strengthened at our expense? Can you even name a club with our level of support with a more generous playing budget this year?

  4. We've all seen what happens when mods try and ban someone thoug, bunch of folk start moaning about free speech and pc gone mad without even knowing what the terms mean. No easy for the mods to ban folk now, this forum's congregation should have been careful with what they wished for. But aye I'd happily see him banned or otherwise away

  5. Can Brown_Out just not go away, ruins the entire forum for folk just wanting something Saints related to read. Its so utterly ****ing pointless acting the way he is.

  6. While I respect it’s your right to have an opinion, I certainly don’t respect your opinion and honestly don’t believe it is your actual opinion. Playing the panto baddie is all fine and well. Booing and hissing are forms of attention – which is what you’re after, right? So “Boo”, “Hiss”, “It’s behind you!”. Keep up the good work chief. It’s a lonely role to play. You’ll get bored eventually.

I like seeing SWFCOWL's perspective, and I'd say his opinion of May is understandable. He might be special to us but he's just another player to them who's not done anything for them yet. We'd be the same if we signed a lower division player.

MODS, any chance this can get moved to Fitba chat. Completely irrelevant thread. Imagine how much space would be wasted on every player who never signed for us. Haha. He had perfectly good reasons to get outta his contract. County paid to sign him back. End of. Enjoy the Highland league jug lugs.

  11. Good examples of successful Hibs players. One left EIGHT years ago and the other was there on loan. I think you have proved my point perfectly. Pot Kettle on the sensible debating stuff.

Yep that's true, brown out might be right we must be facing bottom 6 or even relegation when you compare it to our scoreboard. ;-) After all they are such an important part of the game these day's. Poor scoreboard and you are bound to be left behind the big guns!!

I think it's quite clear most people's problem with the red and black was that it was a novelty that was used twice. (Personally I actually preferred the second iteration though). The new strip is brilliant. I like everything about it that I don't like about the home one, it's simple it's clean, it'll look good when playing fives.

  23. Didnt go but know a few who did or their younger family members did. Seems im getting told more horror stories than good. Apart from the obvious waiting times and cars getting bogged down in the mud, terrible stewarding or lack off, fans getting crushed at various stages, dangerous travel to and from event. Theres loads of talk of it having turned into a ned fest, countless youths being out their nut, assaults, tents getting set alight basically all round nuttyness. Lots of folk came home early and not due to the weather. Fecking sounds like an Aberfeldy raft race weekend
