  1. I contacted the club this week and Bev replied: We are expecting to take delivery of the various components that make up our virtual ticket package imminently and will dispatch all orders as soon as we have these to hand. Thank you for your continued patience. So still to send out

  2. Agree it’s brilliant pictures and sound is ok. All round much more professional than Saints tv with instant replays. Up to now not broken up once.

  3. I would love for a journalist to go and speak to Stark about saints success. No, none of could have envisaged the last few years, but as you say, all fans wanted was a promotion charge and top flight stability. Not struggling vs QOS, Clyde and Stranrear. He was always negative about saints and Perth in general. Obviously of a generation and very old/new firm centric, but guys like him and his attitude have and still hold scotland back. I think Galatasary would be more winnable, but as pointed out, PSV tie would give us a bigger chance of a longer European run if we loose. If we get Galatasary, then I would imagine it will be an earlier kick off to fit in with Turkish tv.

  4. PSV are by far the better team - we'll be playing Galatasary. 2-0 up after 30mins and should have been 3.

  8. I suppose what I'm saying is you can keep an eye on the future, but it might be 50 years before we have a tie against Galatassaray or PSV - if we win the tie with 4 loan players in the team, who cares? It'll be remembered forever as our greatest achievement.

  9. Theres no point in pretending a club of our size can perform consistently at the top of the Scottish game. Last season was, from November onwards at least, remarkable. If we are to capitalise on that, have a crack at group stage euro football, top 4 in the league, more cup runs, and not undermine the way the club is run, the only option is really quality loan signings. It seems like the two guys in already are better than most loans in our past, and we know what quality Middleton brings. I kind of feel like it's an intrinsic part of the game now. Contracts etc are irrelevant if the 11 players in the shirt are giving 100% for Saints. You can't argue that McNamara and Middleton last year gave anything less.

  11. Great to here this without the normal caveat “we have to move 1 or 2 out first for it to happen “

I think International Saints will get the same as you've always done, home and away games through Saints. UK based fans have only been getting home games on Saints TV, then having to buy away games from the opposition. UK fans will eventually lose the ability to watch games on Saturday at 3 again through Saints TV, but International viewers won't be affected.

  13. 100% this. I think Saints have learned a lot since the days of making that sort of appointment.

  15. If it was up to me, I’d make overseas punters pay full whack for a season ticket for access to games. You basically get all the perks of a ST for £120 a year for Christ’s sake

  16. You’ve got to love Scottish football eh. At the same time as Saints are warming up against Arbroath at Gayfield, two relative big guns of world football battle it out to decide to will play St.Johnstone. “You canny beat it!” as Mr Cosgrove might say.

    Cash for questions

You are probably correct they will want total control. Planting reporters in the crowd would not work as they would stand out from the normal clientele if they took notes whether electronically or in notebooks. Grunt grunt - "who he, what's that thing in his haun"? "He's no singing FTP, must be fae ra Sun, get him flung oot"!
