From my vantage point it looked like Main got a touch on the ball with his fingertips - it certainly looked like it changed direction anyway. Should also say that my vantage point was poor, so that could be complete bollocks.

Player-wise, I was pleased with most performances. McCaffrey stood out, Grainger and Deuchar were combative, Samuel looked dangerous. On the negative side, what do people think about Millar? I'm not sure he's up to SPL standard, and I don't think he should start unless he has to. Mackay is decent enough, but he's v e r y s l o w.

I always find it funny when people describe 5'11" goalkeepers as "midgets", when in almost any other walk of life they'd be considered relatively tall. Must be something about the image that amuses me.

Not sure if you're trying to say that Jackson has more Div 1 goals than Griffiths, but I'm pretty sure it's the other way round. I'd have been very pleased if we'd signed Griffiths.
